WE'RE HERE TO HELP

A little help
getting back on track.

Start with the answers below. If something still feels off, get in touch and we'll take a look.

My steps aren't updating

Check that your steps appear in Apple Health first. In Health, open your profile, then Apps and Services, select ScrollBreak, and allow step access. Return to ScrollBreak to refresh. Steps from Apple Watch and other sources may take time to sync. If you denied access before, change it in Health; iOS may not show the permission prompt again.

My selected apps aren't being blocked

In ScrollBreak, check Settings to confirm your selected apps and blocking hours. Make sure Screen Time access is enabled, your daily step goal has not been reached, and an emergency break is not active. Restrictions require a compatible device with Screen Time access.

How do I restore Premium?

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. In ScrollBreak, open Settings, Premium, and Restore Purchases. Make sure you have an internet connection. Restoring an existing purchase does not charge you again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and ScrollBreak. You can manage or cancel there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Current pricing, renewal dates, and any eligible trial are shown by the App Store.

What happens if I end a walk early?

Walking sessions are part of the upcoming version 1.1 update. Your steps still count toward your daily goal. The unfinished walk won't count as a completed walking session. You can start a new walk whenever you're ready.

Can I remove my data?

ScrollBreak's progress is stored locally. Deleting the app removes its local data; your original Apple Health records remain in Health. You can manage Health access separately at any time.

Still need a hand?

Include your device model, iOS version, and what happened. Please don't send private health records or purchase credentials.
